Click the Tools icon
in the upper right of Internet Explorer 9.
Click File » Add site to Start menu.
The Add site to Start menu will open. Name: will show the name for the Start menu option. Click the Add button.
The website will be added to the Start menu.
If you wish to change the name as it appears on the Start men, right-click on the Start menu listing for the web site.
